Sprint Data Not working

Sprint Device unable to use Data Services.

Make sure device don't have data block soc and device have at-least 3 signal bars.
Device software and PRL is updated.
Make sure the 3G / 4G selected as per the plan.
Do a Suspend / Restore to re-register in network and then do a power cycle to the device.
